  • Comparative Analysis of Software Quality Model 

    in the Selection of Marketplace E-Commerce

    Abstract

    E-commerce system is very helpful for people in buying and selling transactions. Various existing marketplaces have their advantages and disadvantages. Software quality models can provide an assessment of each e-commerce marketplace system. This research analyzes the results of e-commerce selection by using several software quality models that are implemented with the analytical hierarchy process using Expert Choice tools. The assessment in this research using criteria from a combination of several quality software models to obtain which criteria have the highest percentage value and determine the quality of an e-commerce marketplace system. Each quality model software has different evaluation results from each other. This difference because the assessment criteria between one quality model and another. © 2018 IEEE.

  • Application of Backend and Frontend Systems on 

    Go-Baby Application in Bandung City

    Abstract

    The purpose of this research is that researchers build basic applications in solving problems that occur in housewives and career women, namely GO-BABY Application that provides facilities to find a place in caring for children, and can provide security, education, health and comfort for a child. Applications are built from 2 parts, namely the first part in the society side such as housewives / career women and the second part is the side of the provider of child care services. The application that is built will integrated between applications that are applied in the society and service providers through an Android-based application and web based application. The results of this study will have a direct impact on both housewives/career women, in providing child care solutions that can be trusted while for child care services provider, provide convenience in the administration of child care services. Based on the function of the application, there are 2 parts that are given, namely to providers of child care services by providing an easy function of administrative data processing, including registration of child care services through online or offline, providing ease in processing data on children’s facilities, ease of payment report on income of child care services. Whereas for the community is the ease in the process of online registration and booking of child care services quickly and reliably. © BEIESP.

  • Mobile Wallet Adaption Model Among Digital Immigrant Generation in Indonesia

    Abstract

    Fintech innovations such as mobile wallets (m-wallet) are reshaping the payment landscape, m-wallet users in Indonesia are relatively high, but there is a gap in the number of m-wallet users by age group. The highest number of m-wallet users, mostly the young generation, is based on age. The digital immigrant generation is another age group with the potential to increase but still needs to be higher in adoption. This research’s primary objective is to determine the effect of m-wallet adoption in Indonesia. This study aimed to comprehend how consumers adopted m-wallets. Four hundred respondents categorized as digital immigrants in Indonesia were surveyed quantitatively using a cross-sectional study approach using Smart PLS 3.1, and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to evaluate the obtained data. The findings showed that perceived behavioral intention is significantly influenced by Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Security (PS), and Perceived Trust (PT). Consumer Behavioral intention is also significantly influenced by m-wallet adoption by digital immigrants in Indonesia. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. All rights reserved.

  • Systems and Services Pattern Descriptions at Daycare

    Abstract

    A daycare is a service provided when a woman wants to leave their children. However, their doubts and trusts about a daycare are one of the important factors in choosing it. Thus, the daycare services should be able to address the concerns that exist today. One of the services provided is the ease in using these services, with the existence of information technology in the form of a child care information system as one of the solutions. Child Care Information System is a system that can manage child registration functions, child service management, as well as payment for services used. If these 3 functions can be managed properly, then it certainly helps daycare in fostering a great sense of trust from mothers / women in entrusting their children. The application of a child care information system can help with problems faced by housewives or working women and the daycare managers. © BEIESP.

    Abstract

    Integrated Service Post or Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu), as a community service facility, requires a computerized support facility. It can help manage baby data and help parents monitor their baby’s growth. This research uses a descriptive method. While the method of data collection uses observation and interviews for primary data and collection of documents needed for secondary data. The development method used is prototype. The results of this research is a website that can be used as supporting facilities in managing baby data and helping parents monitor baby’s growth. The system created displays a chart of baby’s weight and height. Suggestions that can be given are the need for additional systems for managing data for pregnant women and the elderly. © BEIESP.

  • Economic Growth and Its Influence on Environment Sustainability: a Bibliometric Analysis Using Vosviewer Application

    Abstract

    This study aims to identify the research development on economic growth and its influence on environmental sustainability. The method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. To gather the data, we used Publish or Perish software using economic growth and its influence on environmental sustainability as the theme from 2012 to 2022. VOSviewer software was used to create the visualization of research distribution data. The results show that the research had become a trend in seven years, from 2012 to 2018, with the highest publication in 2016, 136 articles. However, from 2019 to 2022, the research trend began to decline. In conclusion, this study can be considered valuable as it can be combined with other parameters to provide novelty in future research. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.   • Influence of Job Characteristics, Work Environment, and Engagement on Employee Performance in Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to determine whether employee performance is influenced by job characteristics, work environment, and employee engagement. The method used in this research was quantitative, employing a random sampling technique with 211 participants and data collection through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results of this study indicate that (1) employee engagement is significantly influenced by job characteristics, (2) employee engagement is significantly influenced by the work environment, (3) employee performance is influenced by job characteristics, (4) employee performance is influenced by the work environment but not significantly, (5) employee performance is significantly influenced by employee engagement, (6) employee performance is significantly influenced by job characteristics through employee engagement, and (7) employee performance is significantly influenced by the work environment through employee engagement. It is expected that good employee performance will increase employee productivity. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. All rights reserved.

    Abstract:

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the tourism development strategy in Bandung, Indonesia. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. This study uses data sources obtained from interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the city of Bandung has a lot of potentials. However, not all potential tourism objects can attract visitors. There are strategies in each stage that are carried out in tourism development. The tourist attraction strategy is carried out in the short term, the amenities and accessibility strategy is carried out in the medium term, and the community involvement and ancillaries strategy is carried out in the long term. © 2020, Academy of Strategic Management Journal.     Abstract

    This research is intended to collect and investigate the previous research that is related to reengineering with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in manufacturing industry to achieve a “competitive advantage”. The purpose of this study is to provide a general overview of the relationship between BPR variables, competitive advantage variables, organizational commitment variables, organizational change management variables, information and communication technology variables, which are supported by IDEF0 method. This research overall uses secondary data sources from a research published in a journal and proceeding for the variables of BPR, competitive advantage, organizational commitment, organizational change management, information and communication technology, which is supported by IDEF0 method. This study is limited to the existing research subject that was in online media and the specific purpose is to review a progress in the BPR, which is mainly based on organization, information technology and engineering.   • A Blood Supply Chain Optimization Model to Determine Optimal Collected Blood and Vehicle Routing Considering Demand Shortage

    Abstract

    This paper discusses the development of an optimization model involving four echelons: donor, blood center, blood mobile and hospital. The blood collection can be done at the blood center and the blood mobile. The blood mobile should determine its optimal routing in order to collect the blood from each city to minimize the total relevant cost. All collected blood are pooled in blood center which then deliver the blood to the hospitals in satisfying the demand. To assist the distribution of blood from the blood mobile to the blood center, this article also discusses the usage of shuttle and blood mobile that can be utilized on a daily basis. This research aim to reduce blood supply chain cost by develops a mix integer linier programming. The model also considers the blood shortage of blood in the hospital due to unsatisfied demand. © 2023 IEEE.
