    Abstract
    This paper presents the proposal of TOGAF ADM Enterprise Continuum for organization-specific solution. TOGAF includes the concept of the Enterprise Continuum, which sets the broader context for an architect and explains how generic solutions can be leveraged and specialized in order to support the requirements of an individual organization. The Enterprise Continuum is a view of the Architecture Repository that provides methods for classifying architecture and solution artifacts as they evolve for generic Foundation Architectures to Organization-Specific Architectures. The Enterprise Continuum comprises two complementary concepts: the Architecture Continuum and the Solutions Continuum. This Proposed TOGAF ADM Enterprise Continuum for Organization-Specific Solution on e-Government is focused on addressing enterprise need. The Solution Continuum covers the Opportunity and Solution, Migration Plan, Implementation Governance, and Change Management Domains phases. The method contains guideline solution for those domains include the artifacts that are suitable for E-Government Master Plan. © 2014 IEEE.

    Abstract:

    Between 2020 and 2021, Indonesia and Malaysia were both impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. These two nations adopted a strikingly similar approach to restrict access to certain areas, primarily relying on identical criteria. In the case of Indonesia, the PPKM (Community Activity Restriction Enforcement) strategy was employed, this contained a component involving the exposure of COVID-19 affected persons. The determination of the extent of this exposure was primarily based on monitoring the rise in the number of individuals who had been in contact with COVID-19-positive individuals. However, during a pandemic, it’s imperative to consider not only those individuals who are confirmed to have COVID-19 but also those who exhibit symptoms similar to COVID-19 but have not been diagnosed. These individuals can also act as potential agents for the spread of the pandemic within their communities. This is referred to as the “Precaution COVID-19 Pandemic (PCP) Level.”It’s important to note that the PCP level does not have a universally agreed-upon definition at present. Instead, it is influenced more by the number of individuals displaying symptoms akin to those of COVID-19, rather than solely relying on the increase in confirmed COVID-19 cases. In essence, both countries shared a comparable approach to pandemic management during this period, but the emergence of the PCP level underscores the need for a broader perspective when assessing the pandemic’s impact on communities, considering not only confirmed cases but also symptomatic individuals who may contribute to its spread. The PCP Level determination can be used for preventative policy and to supplement the previous Pandemic Level Methods. Two methods are employed to realize this concept: the AHP approach for calculating the Covid-19 pandemic level and the K-Mean algorithm for pattern clustering. Data was gathered from 11 health centers in West Java province. The findings of this study underscore the potential of a multifaceted approach to pandemic precaution in the context of COVID-19. By synergistically integrating the three proposed algorithms and leveraging data on symptoms that are intricately linked to the predominant COVID-19 symptoms, this research illuminates a promising avenue for determining and implementing precautionary measures during the ongoing pandemic. This holistic strategy not only offers a more comprehensive understanding of the virus’s spread but also furnishes decision-makers with a versatile toolkit for tailoring precautionary actions to different circumstances, ultimately contributing to more effective and adaptive pandemic management. © 2023 IEEE.

    Abstract:

    Several countries have stopped community restriction program activities in dealing with COVID-19, including in Indonesia which has stopped a similar program at the end of 2022. Each country is starting a new era, namely the COVID-19 prevention program, but not all countries have accurate data regarding the type symptoms that could be indicators of prevention. This inaccuracy will be overcome using the behavior of the Kalman Filter while the presumption that influenza symptoms can be use to approach the COVID-19 symptoms. Various Kalman Filter models will be tried which represent the level of concern for prevention, which we call the COVID-19 Pandemic Precaution Level (PCP). The data for this study were obtained from a number of symptoms encountered that resemble the symptoms of COVID-19 after 2022. And provide the results of several Kalman Filter models for normal worries and extreme worries. © 2023 IEEE.

    Abstract:

    This research discusses how to design and realize a system that prevents the early spread of the virus, especially COVID-19, through hand contamination. This equipment is an integrated system starting from detecting the presence of people in a certain radius, detecting human body temperature, and automatic hand washing equipment equipped with a hand dryer. This equipment consists of parts including sensors for the presence of people at a specific radius, temperature sensors, sensors on water taps, and sensors on hand dryers. In addition, this tool uses a bottom-loading system to make it easier to refill water and soap. Based on the results of the tests, this tool can operate adequately. The PIR sensor can detect people coming within 1-4 meters, non-contact temperature sensors can detect human body temperature well within a distance of 0-5 centimetres, whose results can be seen on the LCD and heard through speakers; IR proximity sensor can detect the user’s hand at a predetermined distance so that water, soap, hand sanitizer and hand dryer can work at that distance. This equipment is expected to be used when entering public service areas to minimize the potential for the spread of COVID-19. © 2023 Taylor’s University. All rights reserved.

    Abstract

    One way to prevent and reduce the spread of the covid-19 pandemic is through physical distancing program. This research aims to develop a prototype contactless transaction system using digital payment mechanisms and QR code technology that will be applied in traditional markets. The method used in the development of electronic market systems is a prototype approach. The application of QR code and digital payments are used as a solution to minimize money exchange contacts that are common in traditional markets. The results showed that the system built was able to accelerate and facilitate the buying and selling transaction process in traditional market environment. Alpha testing shows that all functional systems are running well. Meanwhile, beta testing shows that the user can very well accept the system that was built. The results of the study also show acceptance of the usefulness of the system being built, as well as the optimism of its users to be able to take advantage of this system both technologically and functionally, so its can be a part of the digital transformation of the traditional market to the electronic market and has become one of the solutions in reducing the spread of the current covid-19 pandemic. © 2021, Institute of Advanced Engineering and Science.     Driving Safety Application Using Wearable Device and Mobile Technology

    Abstract

    This research is conducted to help motorbike riders in avoiding accidents caused by drowsiness. The wearable device technology used was smartband and accelerometer from Android smartphone. It was used to obtain heart rate data and detect drowsiness experienced by motorbike riders. An accelerometer was used to detect if an accident occurs and send the information to the driver’s family. The method in this research was quantitative research and development. The results obtained showed that detecting drowsiness is equal to 80% and the accident detection test gets an accuracy of 100%. The accuracy of drowsiness detection during the day is 75% and testing that carried out at night has an accuracy rate of 90%. Functional suitability test results obtained a value of 100%, compatibility aspects have 100%, usability aspects of 84.7%, and performance aspects in terms of response time are in the range of satisfaction equal to 3.88 seconds. The tests conducted using Likert scale showed that the application is feasible to use, and the driving safety application has reached its desired purpose. This research impacts on driving safety that must prioritize safety both for self and for others. © School of Engineering, Taylor’s University.

    Abstract

    ‘Sewa Rumah Susun Sederhana‘ (Flat Rent) is well known as low-cost housing, generally addressed to accommodate people with low income in Indonesia. This paper intends to express the process of the proposed green approach in designing Flat Rent in Rancacili, Bandung Indonesia. Concerning green building to achieve building sustainability, this is an issue of concern in the built environment and frequently very costly. The explanatory research method was chosen to examine the green theory applied in the green design method that consists of planning and programming, design concept decision, and design process so that many aspects of the design can meet cost reduction. Green architecture minimizes the harmful effects of construction projects on human health and the environment so that the design should be green approached. In addition, it aims to safeguard air, water, and earth by choosing eco-friendly building materials and construction practices besides nonmaterial and construction aspects. The results of this design process showed a design that considers many green concepts from A to Z of the process. The focus on applying the modular system in many design elements, particularly produce zero waste material can reduce the cost.     Abstract

    A mosque is a place of worship activities that is very crowded with people, especially if the mosque is located on the side of the road. Automatically, the mosque users are local people and outsiders who happen to cross the mosque. In the Covid-19 pandemic, anticipating the impact of its spread must be watched out, especially since this mosque is often visited by worshipers from outside (not the surrounding community). Inside the mosque, this aims to limit the number of worshipers in the mosque; the ultrasonic sensor functions to find out the people who are wrongly occupying the shaft or place of prayer with an indicator in the form of a buzzer. Thus this research aims to provide a solution to a sense of security and comfort to the local community and outsiders who will use the mosque to worship. In the mosque, a covid-19 early warning system has been implanted using three sensors, namely an infrared sensor, ultrasonic sensor, and infrared body temperature sensor. Based on reports in March 2021, there was a decrease in confirmed symptoms of Covid 19, which originally amounted to 82 people confirmed as Covid 19. After implementing the system, two reports were found to have died, 78 people said to be cured, and two people are still undergoing quarantine at their respective homes. Then enter the month of Ramadan in 2021, some reports confirm that Covid 19 is nil. It is a positive response that has a good impact on worshipers, especially those who use mosques as a means of worship. This data can be accessed through an application called “PeduliL Protects,” which can be downloaded via the Android application in the play store under the zoning “Babakan Tarogong Village.” © 2021 University of Kuwait.     Abstract

    Many methods are used to assess a person’s character and personality. Some are through the face, body movements, body language, handwriting and signatures. Assessing a person’s character and personality by looking at the type of handwriting and signature can be learned with the science of graphology. Detecting a person’s personality system based on a signature pattern automatically is still difficult. This study aims to build a system of predicting personality based on signature patterns using machine learning. A person’s personality based on a signature has many features. In this study the analysed features consist of four features, namely curve start, end streak, middle stroke, and underline. The steps taken in developing a prediction system are model training and model testing. The method used to extract features is Principle Component Analysis (PCA) and the method for classifying is Support Vector Machine (SVM). Based on the test results using confusion matrix produces an accuracy value of 71%. It can be concluded that machine learning can be implemented to predict personality based on signatures with good accuracy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
