    Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has enabled new forms of child sexual exploitation, including sexual grooming conducted through live-streaming platforms. This phenomenon demonstrates not only the heightened vulnerability of children in cyberspace but also the limitations of national legal frameworks in addressing crime patterns characterized by anonymity and online financial transactions. This study employs a combined normative and empirical juridical approach to provide a comprehensive understanding of online grooming cases in Indonesia. The normative component analyzes statutory provisions, child protection laws, and digital platform regulations to identify the intended legal protections for children. The empirical component complements this by collecting first-hand insights through semi-structured interviews with law enforcement officers, representatives of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI), digital platform operators, and victim support companions. The integration of these approaches reveals gaps between legal norms and enforcement practices, particularly regarding institutional constraints, reporting mechanisms, and socio-technical challenges faced in case handling. The findings show that grooming through live streaming involves complex psychological manipulation facilitated by platform features that allow perpetrators to maintain anonymity. Current regulations do not explicitly recognize online grooming as a distinct criminal offense, nor do they adequately address anonymous electronic transactions commonly used in this crime. Court decisions also illustrate inconsistencies in legal application due to the absence of specific norms governing technology-based grooming. These findings highlight the urgency of reformulating national legal policies by introducing explicit criminal norms on digital grooming, strengthening penalties for online media-based sexual crimes, and regulating anonymous online transactions. The study further recommends enhancing the role of digital financial institutions and technology platforms in prevention, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms. In addition, community-based education and preventive interventions are essential to complement law enforcement efforts and create a safer digital environment for children. © 2024 Authors.

Authors: Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Sudadi Pranata, Nandang Komara

    DOI: 10.34306/att.v7i3.469

    Abstract

In the digital transformation era, technological resilience has become essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Indonesia’s Batik industry, which must integrate technology to maintain competitiveness. However, many Batik MSMEs still face limited adoption of digital tools, resulting in declining performance and market reach. This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurial technology resilience mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and business performance in Batik MSMEs. A quantitative approach was used by distributing structured questionnaires to 383 Batik MSME owners in Indonesia. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate measurement validity and test hypotheses among three constructs, entrepreneurial marketing, entrepreneurial technology resilience, and business performance. Findings reveal that entrepreneurial marketing significantly influences both entrepreneurial technology resilience and business performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial technology resilience also positively affects business performance and partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and business performance, explaining 80.2% of the variance in the model. The results confirm that technological resilience is a crucial mechanism that strengthens the effectiveness of entrepreneurial marketing strategies. Strengthening digital capabilities and adaptive innovation allows Batik MSMEs to enhance operational efficiency, market expansion, and overall performance. Therefore, improving technological resilience should be prioritized as a strategic policy for sustaining the Batik industry’s competitiveness. © Authors retain all copyrights.

Authors: Amroni, Yani Syafei M, Umi Narimawati

    DOI: 10.34306/att.v7i3.699

    Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the effect of Price and Service Quality on Revisit Intention, with Customer Satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. The research focuses on customers of Tham-Tham Garage, a car modification workshop in Cirebon, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was used, employing a survey method via a questionnaire distributed to 140 customers who had visited the workshop at least five months prior. The data analysis utilized Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results indicate that Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.178, p = 0.045), and Service Quality also has a positive and highly significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.715, p = 0.000). Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction significantly influences Revisit Intention. Customer Satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between Price and Revisit Intention (β Indirect = 0.151, p = 0.046), and the relationship between Service Quality and Revisit Intention (β Indirect = 0.605, p = 0.000). The findings confirm that Customer Satisfaction is a crucial factor in driving the intention to return to the car modification service, where affordable pricing and high-quality service significantly contribute to this satisfaction. © Authors retain all copyrights.

  • A Multi-Group Structural Analysis of Digital Banking Adoption Determinants Across Generational Cohorts in Indonesia

Authors: Dhimas Tribuana, Umi Narimawati, Yani Syafei M.

    DOI: 10.34306/att.v8i1.590

    Abstract

This study investigates factors affecting Digital Banking Adoption (DBA) across generations in Indonesia, focusing on performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and trust. Employing a cross-sectional design, the study collected data through a structured questionnaire administered to 360 respondents, selected through purposive and clustering sampling, from major cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and others. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and Multi-Group Analysis were applied to test hypotheses and assess generational differences in DBA. Findings reveal that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and trust significantly influence DBA, with notable differences across generations: Baby Boomers prioritize facilitating conditions, Generation X emphasizes performance expectancy, and Generation Y values both performance and effort expectancy. Generation Z, despite being tech-savvy, benefits from enhanced support structures for improved banking experiences. These results highlight the importance of tailored, generation-specific strategies in digital banking, providing valuable insights for service providers aiming to enhance user experience and adoption across demographic groups. © 2026, Pandawan Sejahtera. Authors: Pongdatu G.A.N. ; Putra Y.H.

    DOI: 10.1088/1757-899X/407/1/012153

    Abstract

The purpose of this study is to compare SARIMA and Holt-Winter’s Exponential Smoothing methods in an attempt to generate customer transaction forecasting in Store X with high accuracy. This study will compare the results of sales forecasting with time series forecasting model of Seasonal Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA) and Holt Winter’s Exponential Smoothing method. SARIMA model still accurate when the time series data is only in a short period, this model is accurate on short period forecasting but less accurate on long period forecasting. Meanwhile Holt Winter’s Exponential Smoothing accurate on forecasting seasonal time series data, either it’s pattern shows trend or not. Both models are compared with forecasting data showing seasonal patterns. The data used is the data of clothing retail store sales from 2013 to 2017. Accuracy level of each model is measured by comparing the percentage of forecasting value with the actual value. This value is called Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD). Based on the comparison result, the best model with the smallest MAD value is SARIMA model (1,1,0) (0,1,0)12 with MAD value 5.592. From the comparison results can be concluded that the SARIMA model is feasible to be used as a model for further forecasting. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
