Through this system, students in each study program are assessed based on both academic achievements and non-academic activities, such as extracurricular and soft skills development relevant to the professional world.

This event was attended by students and the Heads of Study Programs within FEB, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Raeni Dwi Santy (Head of Management Study Program), Assoc. “SPAK is here to provide appreciation and encouragement for students to be more active in non-academic activities. This is an important step in developing graduates who are adaptive, innovative, and equipped with the competencies needed in the industry,” said Dr. Andrias Darmayadi.

Prof. Dr. Siti Kurnia Rahayu, the Dean of FEB UNIKOM, supports this commitment to improving student quality. She emphasized that the organizational culture within the faculty is strongly influenced by strategic commitments and leadership.

This system consists of three aspects, including (1) Reasoning, which includes academic activities, research, and intellectual development; (2) Skills and Interests, which includes participation in organizations, arts, sports, and competitions; and (3) Religion and Social Community, which aims at fostering social awareness and contribution to religious activities. SPAK classifies student activities into “Mandatory” and “Elective” activities, with the requirement that students must achieve a minimum cumulative score. Activity is reported periodically each semester through the SPAK Information System, which requires students to upload evidence such as certificates of their achievements.

In this event, students also gained practical insight about how SPAK can help them build a better portfolio to increase their competitiveness in the workplace. By implementing SPAK, FEB UNIKOM hopes that students understand the importance of integrating academic achievement and soft skills development.
