    Abstract

    The purpose of this study aims to find out how the satisfaction of users of public transportation to the current transportation system. The rapid development of communication technology provide social change in society, including in public transportation modes. This research used descriptive quality method in the form of literary study, where the population taken in this study are users of public transportation and users of online transportation services. The results showed that the use of information and communication technology on public transportation affects the convenience of transportation users in terms of timeliness, comfort in driving, and solutions when stuck with the ease of technology in ordering, knowing the cost route, destination location and driver identification can ensure user safety. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    Abstract

    This study aims to provide information about the digital health services that use technology. The research method used in this study is qualitative method or literature studies. The results showed that currently health services in Indonesia are using IoT. The biggest opportunity that will change health industry is use of CPS, IoS, IoT, Cloud Computing technology, and many more. Nowadays, there are around 10 digital health services operating in Indonesia. In addition, digital health is predicted to become the next unicorn start up company.     Abstract

    The purpose of this research is to select suppliers of raw materials that will be used for production activities within the company. In this paper the method used was Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is a method for solving a complex and unstructured situation into several components in a hierarchical arrangement, by giving a subjective value about the relative importance of each variable, and determining which variable has the highest priority to influence the outcome of the situation. The results are obtained from decomposition result or problem structure division in each hierarchy, then determining relative importance scale from each element based on pairwise comparison of each element in hierarchy, further calculating priority synthesis by doing multiplication process between local priority with criteria on hierarchy. Certainly, decision support result which obtain is very helpful for company to choose supplier, so that production process is running smoothly and customer demand can completed on time. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    Abstract

    Expert systems are used to solve problems based on the view of an expert. Expert systems are widely used in various fields, such as health. This study aims to create a web-based expert system that is used for the early diagnosis of dental and oral diseases through the initial symptoms that appear from the patient. In its implementation, this research used a descriptive qualitative method completed by collecting data and observation. While the development of expert systems using the prototype development method and the model of the expert system created using the Dempster Shafer method. The acquisition of knowledge about the symptoms of dental and oral diseases from experts is stored in a repository. The implementation of expert system models uses an object-oriented approach. In this study, the results to be achieved are a prototype design of an expert system application used as an initial diagnosis for ordinary users (patient) regarding dental and oral diseases in certain conditions. The initial symptoms suffered are feed-in into the expert system interface. Knowledge in the expert system is prepared and store into the system by a specialist in dental and oral disease. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    The purpose of this research is to help farmers to utilize E-commerce so the income will be increase. The method used in the research is descriptive method by reading from various existing journals. The results show the role of Market-false E-commerce in agricultural transactions is helpful, ranging from marketing products through media ssuch as websites, social media, and advertisements.     Abstract

    This research aims to determine the signs of a natural disaster that may occur in Indonesia. Indonesia is a country that is very prone to natural disasters, for example, volcanoes and tsunamis, which caused by earthquakes under the sea. This research used a qualitative research method. The respondent involved in this research is several government agencies that are authorized for natural disasters in Indonesia. The results of this study show a high level of knowledge of early warning of natural disasters, especially in prone areas to natural disasters to reduce casualties when natural disasters occur. The comparison when an area does not have an early warning system to know the good and bad impacts. This study concludes that many people do not understand the code given when the natural disaster early warning device sounds. Besides, a lot of them do not understand the signs intended in natural disaster detection devices.     Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to create an air pollution monitoring system that has an adaptive capability in the place where the device is used so that it can send data to the server. The method used is to detect GSM signal levels that exist at the place where the device is used, and based on the rules specified then the selector unit will make the selection of the appropriate communication protocol according to the situation, whether using HTTP or MQTT. Based on testing for data transmission, MQTT protocol is more reliable in areas outside cities with low GSM signal levels. Under these conditions, the system is able to pass the selection of protocols correctly so that the system is able to work optimally in sending data.     Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of high-tech bins on people’s interest in disposing trash. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method and literature study to analyses community perceptions of smart trash bin. The results of this study state that the mind-set of the community in disposing trash increased after the existence of smart trash bin project. These results were obtained because the community became more interested in disposing trash in the presence of unique designs and diverse functions of these high-tech bins. The research method used in this study was descriptive. The results of this research are to find out whether the presence of technology and information and startup companies, farmers and gardeners can solve the problems they face, it is necessary to know that the agriculture and plantation sector is a very abundant source of food in Indonesia.     Abstract

    The purpose of the research is to find out the visiting patient at the community health center. This research is Forecasting used the ARIMA method, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Holt-Winters, which are very suitable for processing data that is time series as in outpatient visits. The data from outpatients is patient visits for five years from January 2014 to December 2018 where outpatient data were taken from the total number of outpatient visits from visit data categories: General, Clinic, BPJS, Non-BPJS (SKM ), Non-BPJS (Gakinda) List of new patients and the list of patients who were then predicted the level of patient visits during the next two years, namely from January 2019 to December 2020. This study compared the best method among the three-time series methods. The forecast compared with actual data to see accuracy and find out which Forecast is best. The final results show that the MAPE value of the ARIMA method for patient visit data is worth 22.55%, the Single Exponential Smoothing method is worth 9.74%, and the Holt-Winters method is worth 7.90%. It can be said that the smallest error value is Holt-Winters from patient visit data with MAPE 7.90%, which is said to be an excellent Forecasting category by producing a total value of Forecast = 53894.2 with an average monthly = 2245.59 for Forecasting for the next two years. This monthly average result is used as a reference for the number of visitors who come for each month around 2245 people after that the last step taken is to make a strategic design using the SWOT analysis technique combined with prediction results using the Holt-Winters method in getting a conclusion that can make documents which is only around 2245 documents/person, especially outpatient data for problem solutions that occur at public health centers. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
