    Abstract

This study aims at analyzing waste management and its relationship with entrepreneurs through research mapping analysis using the VOSviewer application. This research method used descriptive analysis with a bibliometric quantitative approach based on research terms. The research data obtained is based on search results through Google Scholar by using Publish or Perish software with “Waste Management and Entrepreneur” as the keywords. From the data generated in the last five years (2017-2022), 997 scientific articles were obtained. The study results show that research regarding the “Waste Management and Entrepreneurs” topic in the range of 2018-2019 is numerous. However, the trend of research on this topic began to decline in the following years. In conclusion, research with the “Waste Management and Entrepreneur” topic is currently still a relevant field of research to be studied and it is not a research field that has been widely discussed. Therefore, this research is expected to be a reference for researchers in determining the research topic to be studied. © 2022. Moroccan Journal of Chemistry. All Rights Reserved.

    DOI: 10.15549/jeecar.v10i4.1356

    Abstract

This study aims at providing an understanding of the relationship between the digital experience of patients, innovation, and service quality to enhance patient loyalty to healthcare facilities in Indonesia. The data were then analyzed using the structural equation model. This study involved 214 patients at healthcare facilities in Indonesia, filling out questionnaires through an online survey. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for the measurement model analysis. The results indicated that patient loyalty could be influenced by healthcare facilities that simultaneously implemented innovation, patient digital experience, and service quality. The novelty of this study was obtained by testing and analyzing patient digital relationships, innovation, service quality, and patient loyalty in a model, and using healthcare facilities in Indonesia as a research analysis unit. Moreover, it was compared with the health and non-health industries in other countries. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. All rights reserved.

    DOI: 10.15549/jeecar.v10i1.1074

    Abstract

Lombok is one of the national priority tourism areas, which is the government’s development target. One of the tourism developments in Lombok that will contribute to the community’s welfare is economic development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the digital economy-based tourism development policy in Lombok’s national tourism destination. The research method is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The method of determining the informants used purposive sampling. Test the validity and reliability of the data using data triangulation techniques. The results show that Lombok’s digital economy-based tourism development policy is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the limited marketing and distribution of community products, especially for MSMEs. So, it can be concluded that there must be a policy from the government to develop digital economy-based tourism in Lombok so that the community’s economy increases. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. • Auditor Quality Analysis of Audit Findings in Timor-Leste

Authors: Wati Aris Astuti, Surtikanti, Eneida

    DOI: 10.15549/jeecar.v10i4.1377

    Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the quality of auditors obtained from audit findings and the performance of local government apparatus in producing audit findings at the Central Government Inspectorate. The research method used is a descriptive verification method with SPSS 2.0. The results of the study show that auditor quality has a significant effect on audit findings. This proves that a qualified auditor in disclosing audit findings requires professional expertise and skills in carrying out his duties. And the results of research on audit findings have a poor performance impact on local government administration. This indicates that the fewer the number of audit findings found, the better the performance of local government administration. In other words, the fewer problems or violations found during the audit process, the better the performance of the local government. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Authors: Raeny Dwi Santy, Reggina Andriani

    DOI: 10.15549/jeecar.v10i6.1502

    Abstract

This study examined how Generation Z consumers decide whether or not to buy skincare products based on Marketing Content and Electronic Word-of-Mouth (e-WOM) on Instagram. The study was conducted quantitatively, employing descriptive and verification research techniques. The study employed analytical techniques such as multiple linear regression analysis to discover that, while e-WOM had no influence on purchase decisions, marketing content had a moderate influence. However, a simultaneous examination of marketing content and electronic word-of-mouth revealed a significant influence on purchasing decisions. As a result, when viewing skincare products online, potential customers’ perceptions of content marketing and e-WOM would influence their decision-making process, potentially leading to a purchase decision. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. • Influencer Marketing Strategy of Start-Up Company as the Provider of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Products in Indonesia

Authors: Tine Agustin Wulandari, Mohammad Iqbal Assidiq

    DOI: 10.15549/jeecar.v10i4.1365

    Abstract

Influencer marketing is one of the digital marketing strategies currently used by many companies. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the influencer marketing strategy implemented specifically by an application-based FMCG product provider (start-up company) in Indonesia to market FMCG products such as fruits, vegetables, milk, and others that have a relatively short product life, using a qualitative approach and descriptive study. The results showed that the influencer marketing strategy implemented by an application-based FMCG product provider consists of four stages: determining (making), managing relationships, monitoring, and evaluating (measuring) influencer’s marketing campaigns. Research conclusion, this strategy is a repeated cycle. The last stage (evaluation or measure) is the input to determine the influencer marketing in the next campaign. © 2023, Institute of Eastern Europe and Central Asia. All rights reserved.
