  • Application of Data Mining for Indonesian Products Export in South Korea Using Clustering: Indonesia Trade Promotion Center Busan

    Abstract

    This research purpose is to classify data export products of Indonesia against South Korea. The clustering method used in this research was the K-Means method, in K-Means cluster had a good degree of accuracy. This research examines how the use of the K-means method in case studies export products Indonesia against South Korea. From the results of clustering using K-Means method based on the value of the USD and Kg, then the generated 3 (three) clusters with cluster values are high, medium and low. Based on those results suggest that K-Means method can be used for inventory control of product reference or as Indonesia Indonesia Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) in Busan to view any export products should be retained and what are the export products should be improved to be promoted in South Korea so as to increase the number of export products of Indonesia against South Korea. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

  • Fingerprint Identification using Bozorth and Boyer-Moore Algorithm

    Abstract

    The process of fingerprint identification in the form of a binary image can be performed with a variety of algorithms to matching the fingerprint process. This study aims to determine the time processing for fingerprint detection using Bozorth and Boyer-Moore models. The result showed that both of the models could detection the fingerprint. This paper contribution is to compare and analyze Bozorth and Boyer-Moore algorithms. The comparison is performed by MATLAB simulation. The simulation results Boyer-Moore algorithm has faster identification process. On the other hand, Bozort algorithm has an advantage for identification of effect rotated or space translated fingerprints. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    Abstract

    The purpose of this study is to show the design model’s application of a system-based on Forum Islamic Boarding School to integrate all related functions. The research used descriptive and explanatory research methods, while the type of data taken by conducting interviews and observations with the Forum Islamic Boarding School. Secondary data is taken from the theories available in journals, e-books, proceedings, and slide presentations on the results of seminars and government policies. The results of the study is to make islamic boarding schools application as a tool for develop themselves, introduced to the use of technology and become an institution that lead Pesantren towards Modern Islamic Boarding Schools. So that the Forum Islamic Boarding Schools and Islamic Boarding Schools be able to survive in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and also to contribute in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

  • Evaluation of Usability Online Payment Website to Agent Satisfaction

    Abstract

    Website could use as a media to provider and agent to do business in transportation ticket sales such as airlines, hotel, train and bus, sell pulse and other payment also. Agent act as seller selling products to customer. There are many existing online payment website, to compete with other existing website, need to satisfy agent. Satisfaction could be reach with website quality. The purpose of this research is to measure the quality of the website and agent satisfaction. This study used webqual 4.0 as method, the author took 30 sample from registered agent. The research result is calculation t-statistic on usability value is -0.56. The value is smaller than the t-tabel at a significant level of 95%, so it is rejected, means variable usability is do not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction online payment website. Impact of this study is to know usability of the payment website to improve agent satisfaction. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

  • Code Division Multiple Access Channel Resources Allocation with Applied Token Sub-Queuing for Wireless Multi-Service Packet Switch Traffics

    Abstract

    The purpose of this paper is to determine the method of Channel Resources Allocation of wireless Multi-Service Packet Switch CDMA based. As it has been known, CDMA cell has a fluctuated capacity mainly due to its varying co-channel interference. The simulation is performed to shows the characteristic for Multi-Service Packet Switch traffic such combine CBR, VBR, and ABR users is applied on CDMA system. The idea is to deliver the traffics when capacity increase from assigned minimum value, by implementing Proposed Token Sub-Queue and Multi-Service Traffic Channel Resources Algorithm. In the first time, this method is aim for non-real time traffic such ABR traffic, but the simulation shows that it can be applied further to the real-time connection by prioritizing delaying the drop calls of certain agreed QoS values to re-seize into services. The simulation of proposed method shows better CDMA channel or bandwidth utilization, and suppresses drop call probability for real-time traffic. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    Abstract

    This research tries to make information system architecture modeling in the Office of the Land Agency. Information system modeling needs to be done to optimize the organization and create innovation in improving quality services for the community. Modeling that can be used is using the enterprise architecture planning method. Corporate architectural planning (EAP) is a business-oriented method that is useful for modeling information system architecture consisting of planning initialization, business modeling and technology used, architectural data, applications, and technology as well as architectural planning assistance programs created, so that blueprints (data, applications, and technology) that are made can be made the basis of improvement and development. The results of this study indicate that there are seven functional areas consisting of four supporting functionalities and three main functionalities within the organization. EAP modeling provides documentation for the National Land Agency with recapitulation consisting of data architecture models, architectural applications, functional businesses and technology architectures. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd.     Abstract

    This research aimed to develop a strategic information system plan and make a priority information system architecture modeling in public high schools. This study used descriptive analysis method. Planning information systems by optimizing the role of Information and information technology systems is an effort to optimize organizational performance in school-based management that can provide more value in the context of improving the quality of education. Planning begins by defining the main function using value chain analysis. Enterprise architecture planning is used to model the information system architecture that has been chosen in information system planning, using four namely planning initialization, a review of the current condition of the company, a review of the company’s plans in the future, and implementation planning. This foundation is made for system development and development-integrated information to be designed according to the stages. The results of this study are to produce an architectural enterprise blueprint for making instructions in developing information systems that are based on the priorities and roles of school-based management in organizations and directly affect business processes. It can be concluded that the developing strategic information systems and modeling information systems architecture in public high schools are important. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    Abstract

    The aesthetic is an enormously difficult factor to measure because of its subjectivity. It involves perceptions which everyone perceives the object differently. The golden ratio theory makes aesthetics becoming measurable aspect. In architecture, aesthetic visualization of a facade building is generally perceived subjectively. In old buildings, the theory of proportions was rigorously applied, but recently, this occurrence has degraded after the fabrication industry makes everything easier. This paper aims to measure recently constructed buildings still respect the rules of proportion. This research will be conducted by comparing the 3 colonial government buildings built in until the 1920s with 3 equivalent buildings built in the 21st century. An appraisal will be carried out through photos analysis based on the measurement of the golden ratio. The results showed that the theory of proportions with the calculation of the golden ratio, is still used by new buildings that use the Indo-European style concept, although its application is not as detailed as its calculations when compared to buildings built before the 1920s. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd.     Abstract

    The research objective is to design a boarding school management model in accordance with the computerized of International Financial Report Standard(IFRS) approach for Small Medium Enterprises(SMEs) and Improving Boarding School Management in order to compete and have a competitive advantage in the face industry 4.0. The research method used by researchers was a descriptive analysis method and exploratory method. The type of data used was primary, secondary and observational data in Islamic boarding schools in the form of samples in data collection. The results of this study are to design a financial statement model with IFRS approach for SMEs and Improve Islamic Boarding School Governance with a good corporate governance approach to complement and have a competitive advantage in the face industry 4.0. Dynamic changes with good governance from pesantren in Indonesia in calling for modernity do not always eliminate the value of pesantren in the face of the industrial era 4.0. The financial statements based on IFRS for SMEs to be able to win the challenge by playing an ideological struggle and the sophistication of information and communication technology as well as globalization flows have caused various changes in all aspects of Islamic boarding schools in prioritizing Islamic values. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

    Abstract

    The objective research is to create a tool that can help the officer’s area traffic control systems (ATCS) at the Department of transportation from Bandung City to check for violations of the vehicles stopped on a zebra cross area. The methods used in this study is using the method of prototyping. Prototyping method consists of five stages, communication, quick plan, modeling and quick design, construction of a prototype, and deployment. This method is suitable for the development of tools that the fa ade is still in prototype form. As for the prototype produced in the form of violation detection tool vehicles that stop at zebra cross area. Sensor infrared module would catch the front side of the object form of the vehicles stopped outside of a predetermined limit. The next signal sent to the mini PC Raspberry Pi to run the camera so you can take a picture of the license plate number of the vehicle. After that, the picture of the license plate number of a vehicle is identified breaking will be processed and changed into the form of a string in the system. Next string will be converted to external in the form of sound using google voice as a warning to the offender road markings. The results of research is a tool that can detect violations of the vehicle at the intersection with detecting plate number of the vehicle. Thus, the tool expected to assist officers in noting violations automatically. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
